Appointments

We are currently operating a triage appointment system. This means you will be asked to provide some brief information about your healthcare needs to a member of our team. This will help us to assess the most appropriate way to provide your care, which could include an online, video, telephone or face to face consultation. If you have a preference, please just let the practice team know.

To make an appointment please contact the surgery on 01513176350. We ask that you do this at 8am when the phone lines open. Alternatively you can submit an E Consultation via our website. E Consultations are a very easy way of contacting the practice for routine and non urgent issues. We will respond to you as soon as possible, usually within two working days.

The surgery encourages continuity of care.

Practice Nurse Appointments

All nurse clinics are by appointment only. We have Practice Nurse Clinics each day. Please ring the surgery to make an appointment. 

To Speak To The Practice Nurse

Patients can speak to a Nurse by calling the surgery and requesting a telephone appointment.

The surgery does not tolerate abuse of the appointment system.  If patients do not attend, or are late, for 3 or more appointments, they may be removed from our practice list.
